As a digital-first brand, Rollover Reaction always feels the need to connect with the beauty community. And after two years of operating as an online-only beauty brand, it was clear that our customers were ready for real-life interaction. In 2018, we opened our first retail store at Plaza Indonesia and had planned for more offline locations in 2020 and beyond. However, the pandemic hit and we realized it was time for plan B. No biggie though, because after months of preparation, we now have #RollOnTheGo, our first ever vending machine! This pilot project is an ongoing journey, and we want to include you in perfecting #RollOnTheGo before we bring it to more locations (yes, they’re coming!). We created an online survey where all store visitors and vending machine consumers can tell us their overall experience and weigh in on which features to add or remove. On Instagram, we will be running a series of questions where our followers can cast their votes on the vending machine designs, payment methods, and more. We hope this will be the start of many collaborative works with our community, where aspirations and knowledge work together to make Rollover Reaction a better beauty space.
